Shipping & Returns:

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re so excited to share Simply Kreative Co. beyond the U.S. We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe and Australia. Flate rates and free shipping thresholds are available depending on your country.

Q: How much is international shipping?

A: To keep things simple, we offer flat rates $11.45 for Canada/Mexico, $15.45 for Europe/Australia. Free Shipping kicks in once your order reaches the set threshold (between $95-$115 depending on the region).

Q: Will I have to pay customs or duties?

A: Yes, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so you can see the total cost upfront. These calculate at checkout, so you’ll always see the final price before you pay.

  • Mexico: IVA tax (16%) always applies. Duties only apply on larger orders over $300 USD.
  • Australia: GST (10%) is included in your total. Duties only apply if your order is over AUD $1,000

Q: Do you ship your glass cups internationally?

A: At this time, our glass cups are available for U.S. shipping only due to their fragile nature. We want to be sure they arrive safe and sound. But downtown worry — our bracelets, bookmarks, shirts, totes, and more are ready to travel worldwide with you!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Shipping times vary by country. Canada & Mexico usually take about 6-12 business days, while Europe and Australia may take 6-18 business days. We’ll always provide tacking so you can follow your package on its journey.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final. We only offer replacements if we made a mistake or if your item arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: We’re so sorry if something went wrong! Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can take care of it as soon as possible.

Q: What materials do you use in your handmade jewelry?

A: Our handmade pieces are crafted with a mix of materials including beads, wire, charms, and other carefully chosen details. Each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches, so no two are ever exactly the same!

Q: Will the jewelry tarnish?

A: Some materials may naturally darken over time, especially with water or moisture exposure. To keep your pieces looking lovely, we recommend storing them in a dry place and avoiding contact with water, lotions, or perfumes.

Q: Can I request a change to a handmade piece?

A: If a product description offers any customization (like size or charm choice), it’ll be listed there. Otherwise, all pieces are sold as shown. Here is a helpful link for your ring size.
