Refund policy

Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order with love, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • We made a mistake with your order, or
  • Your item arrived damaged.

If that’s the case, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@simplykreativeco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make things right quickly.
